SPEED, which focuses on tackling seven challenges, was launched by the State Education Director Datuk Dr Muhiddin Yusin here today. Under SPEED, the department has set the target of achieving 80 per cent passes in the Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah, 44.29 per cent in Penilaian Menengah Rendah, 100 per cent in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia and 98 per cent in Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia examinations by 2016.
