A training programme for Algerian young students was launched by the association Injaz El-Djazair (achievement of Algeria) aiming at supporting them to create their own business after leaving the universities, the Association told APS.
Entitled "Company Program", this training, which reaches its 4th year, targets some 2,655 students from a score of Big Schools and Universities.
Structured in specific and interactive training sessions, it focuses on entrepreneurship, finance and preparation to employment world.
The Company Program, which will last for 6 months aim at helping youth to develop their professional career, Indjaz El-Djazair said.
During the training, the students will learn how to start their own business by developing a market study, a business plan and a marketing plan and are aware of the requirements of the modern enterprise, under the supervision and guidance of managers and business leaders, says the association.
Indeed, some 164 corporate leaders from the private sector will volunteer to accompany those young creators of business.
Established in 2010, Injaz El-Djazair is a division of Injaz al-Arab (Achievement of the Arabs), a non-profit organization to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among young students in the Arab world.
