HE the Minister of Education and Higher Education, the Secretary-General of the Supreme Education Council (SEC) Mohamed Abdulwahid Al-Hammadi on Monday approved the results of the first session of tests for secondary school certificate for the academic year 2013 - 2014.
The total number of students who gave the tests from day schools was 7528 students and the percentage of success in these schools was 85.3 %.
From the parallel education schools (evening education) 1020 students gave the exams with a success percentage of 17.3 % HE the Minister today launched the electronic link to the results of the secondary school certificate, (http://www.sec-nateeja.gov.qa) where student can get their results.
In a press conference today, SEC Evaluation Institute Director Khalid Al-Harqan congratulated all students who excelled in tests this year and wished them further success in their academic and career life. He also congratulated the schools that have achieved high levels of excellence.
Al-Harqan said that the general level of the result is promising and it shows the significant progress made in the education development, pointing out that the ratios and performance levels of students have clearly risen which indicates the effort of concerned SEC organizations and departments, schools, students and their families, who created the appropriate environment for giving the exams.
