A 22-year-old Greek female student slightly injured three fellow students with a knife at an Athens suburb school on Thursday evening, police said.
The victims, two Albanian girls aged 20 and 22 and another 20 year old Greek female student were transferred to a nearby hospital to receive first aid. They were lightly injured at their arms and hands, according to hospital sources.
The 22-year-old Greek attacker was arrested as police investigated the circumstances of the incident which occurred at the Nursing school of Greece's Manpower Organization (OAED) which provides training to jobless youth.
According to police sources the 22-year-old girl who made the attack during a break from lessons has allegedly been a victim of bullying.
Violence attacks are a rarity in Greek schools. In spring of 2009 a 19-year-old male student at the same school at Renti suburb shot a fellow student and two passersby before committing suicide in a nearby park.
