Canada donates $8m to school food programs for Syrians in Egypt

Canada donated eight million dollars to support school food programs of the Syrian refugee kids in Egypt, according to a statement by the World Food Program.
The WFP expressed its gratitude to the Canadian government over this donation.
Through a partnership with the WFP, the Canadian government aims at addressing the hindrances facing the Syrian refugees and the hosting community of Egypt, the statement quoted Canadian Ambassador to Egypt Troy Lulashnyk as saying.
