Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak also Chairman of the Education and Training Development Committee received the Shura and Representatives Councils Affairs Minister Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Fadhil the board chairman of the National Quality Assurance Authority for Education and Quality (QAAET).
The Minister introduced Dr. Janette Brown the CEO of Scotland's Qualifications Authority to His Highness in the presence of QAAET's CEO Dr. Jawaher Al-Mudhahki.
His Highness reiterated the Kingdom of Bahrain's keenness on development of education and training and continuous implementation of the project which began in 2006. His Highness pointed out that the national qualifications frame comes as part of a series of education and training development initiatives approved by the Education and Training Development Committee, praising the role of the Scottish Qualifications Authority as a strategic partner to develop and implement the National Qualifications Frame's Project.
Dr. Janette Brown thanked His Highness for welcoming her visit, stressing that the Scotland-Bahrain partnership has been a distinctive experience, praising the remarkable progress accomplished in terms of preparation and implementation of the national qualifications frame commensurate with international standards.
