Board of Trustees Chairman of the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa lauded the royal care for Bahraini orphans and keenness of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to provide them with optimum services to stand out and contribute effectively to Bahrain's progress and prosperity.
This came as he patronised the 11th celebration organised by RCO in the Education Ministry's hall in Isa Town to honour 183 outstanding students. He paid tribute to HM the King, the RCO Honorary President, for his constant paternal care for Bahraini orphans. He extended congratulations to HM the King on the excellence of the RCO affiliated students, wishing Bahrain continuous security and stability under his leadership. He also congratulated the students and their parents on the achievement, calling on the orphans to keep working hard to push ahead with the kingdom's development march.
Shaikh Nasser also praised cooperation of the Education Ministry and all public and private educational institutions with RCO in providing education for the organisation's affiliates in line with the royal visions to build a society based on solidarity as well as promote social partnership and charity work.
After the national anthem and a recitation of some verses from the Holy Quran, the RCO Secretary General Dr. Mustafa Sayed delivered a speech in which he commended the royal directives and full-fledged care for the orphan students registered with RCO.
He also lauded Shaikh Nasser's patronage of the celebration and his encouragement of the students to exert more efforts to stand out in their life and education.
At the end, Shaikh Adnan bin Abdullah Al Qattan, the RCO Board of Trustees Deputy Chairman, and Dr. Mustafa Sayed honoured the students who obtained Faisal bin Hamad Award for Educational Excellence as well as top achievers from all stages.
