The Head of Kuwait\'s Cultural Office in Cairo Dr. Fraih Al-Enizi warned Kuwaiti students against resorting to commercial or unreliable private agents or educational services offices to enroll in Egyptian universities or academies. Dr. Fraih Al-Enizi told KUNA that some private offices and agents have recently published adverts in several Egyptian newspapers and magazines offering to handle application procedures for Kuwaitis seeking to study in Egyptian educational institutions for the year 2013-2014. \"Those who deal with those unregistered agents or offices risk waste of money, time, and effort,\" Al-Enizi cautioned. He stated that all application forms could be filled through the official website of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. \"If the application was accepted, the Kuwaiti Cultural Office will complete the remaining procedures,\" he told KUNA. Filling in enrollment applications for study at Egyptian universities started June 15 and will continue till August 31. The acceptance or rejection of the applications will be announced early September, by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education.
