The All-in-One Municipal Centre issues building construction licensures for investment, strategic public projects emanating from keenness on the part of the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning on facilitating and expediting the provision of services in compliance with the directives of HRH the Prime Minister and removal of any challenges which might impede the accomplishing of projects to ensure the welfare of all Bahraini citizens. The All-in-One Municipal Centre launched its communication programme with the relevant authorities regarding projects' technical designing and feedback through the e-licensure system. The programme included several working meetings held at the All-in-One Municipal Centre that explored and discussed all challenges facing the process of construction and ways and means to remedy such challenges. Also, these meetings reviewed multiple suggestions regarding developing the service of construction licensures. The All-in-One Municipal Centre organised a workshop in its headquarters regarding mechanism of issuance of building construction permissions and their requirements. Specialists explained the conditions and requirements of application submission regarding construction permits, including the necessary documents, blueprints and licensure procedures for each phase determined according to the project category, size, duration and cost. The representative of the IT Systems Directorate explained the technique of e-system usage, direct receiving comments from the bodies represented in the Centre and answers to all technical queries and explaining the features of the e-system which ensures the fastest and most precise accomplishing of applications and better than conventional manual processing. The workshop was attended by many engineers and specialists from the Ministry of Housing, Ministry of Works, Ministry of Health, General Organization for Youths and Sports (GOYS), and both Directorates of Jaffari and Sunni Endowments.
