Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi has approved the list of educational missions and scholarships for the academic year 2012-2013 submitted to him by the concerned sides. Dr. Al Nuaimi extended his sincere thanks and appreciation to the wise leadership for the constant support accorded to the Education Ministry in order to enable it to provide the best services for the citizens. He also asserted that the Ministry has allocated the resources required for the missions and scholarships for all outstanding students, explaining that all top achieving graduates with over 90% from secondary and technical and vocational schools, including those from private schools and the Religious Institute. He also said that 38 students with special needs were included in the plan, regardless of their scores, in line with the Ministry’s keenness to encourage them. Dr. Al Nuaimi expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the wise leadership for encouraging outstanding students, the assets of the nation, reiterating the Ministry’s resolve to continue implementing plans and programmes that aim to meet the growing needs for manpower in all specialties.
