The video library of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's films and shows will air on Nickelodeon starting next week.
Just a couple of days ago ,the twins revealed that they found out about the Fuller House reboot when John Stamos announced it on Jimmy Kimmel. Although the fate of the twins reprising their role as Michelle Tanner is still up in the air, Nickelodeon made an announcement Thursday that fans could get excited about.
The network announced that it has acquired seven TV movies, four series, and two music video specials from the actresses' archives.
The catalog will include movies filmed throughout a decade, like Mary-Kate & Ashley's Fashion Forward, Our Lips Are Sealed, Winning London, Holiday in the Sun, When in Rome, Getting There: Sweet 16 and Licensed to Drive and The Challenge. So Little Time,The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley, You're Invited to Mary-Kate & Ashley's and Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action!, are the series set to air.
"Nickelodeon has been at the forefront of kids entertainment for decades," Mary-Kate said in the network's press release. "We believe this is the perfect home for our library."
Keith Dawkins, Senior vp and general manager of Nicktoons, TeenNick and Nick Jr. thinks the content is a good fit for the company.
"We're incredibly excited to bring the Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen's video library to Nickelodeon. The timeless content and style, relatable sibling dynamics and overall appeal of Mary-Kate and Ashley make this a great addition to Nick's platforms."
So Little Time will start airing weeknights at 7 p.m. beginning Monday, April 27 while other titles will continue to roll out later this year.
