His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is the most-followed Arab leader on Twitter, according to Burson-Marsteller's 2017 Twiplomacy study.
With 7.9 million followers, Sheikh Mohammed (@HHShkMohd) emerged as the top Arab leader, followed by Jordan's @QueenRania and @KingSalman with six million followers each, the study, released on Wednesday, said.
Among the most followed world female leaders, @QueenRania is at the second spot, while India's Foreign Minister @SushmaSwaraj topped the list with eight million followers. Swaraj is also the most followed foreign minister on Twitter
