The Omani-Singaporean Joint Forum on e-Government kicked off here on Sunday, focusing on major visions on strategies of change management towards the e-government. Organized by the Information Technology Authority (ITA) and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, the forum will also discuss how the governments cooperate with the private sector in using technology to deliver excellent and fast government services to the largest category of dealers, as well as enhancing innovation inside and outside the government''''s work. An introductory presentation will be given during the forum on the Singaporean strategies in the changes management towards the e-government. Furthermore, a session will be held by Singaporean technology companies to exchange experiences on how to work with the government to lead excellence in public services, besides a panel discussion themed "Towards e-Government Excellence."
