Minister of State for Human Rights Affairs Dr. Salah bin Ali Abdulrahman praised the E-Government Authority (EGA)-provided excellent service and transactions through the E-Gov. Portal and various channels for individuals and establishments.
This came at the awareness campaign presented by E-gov. staff to all ministry employees aimed to introduce to them the Authority's key services and to register them on the electronic system.
The Minister emphasized that EGA online services to citizens and residents, visitors, businesses and governmental bodies have attained high rankings in several global indices and won many international awards for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The Minister cited the latest accomplishment of Bahrain in the UN E-Gov. Survey/Report 2014 attaining 18th position worldwide and first position in the Middle East region in the E-Gov. Index and 14th globally in the E-Partnership Index among 193 countries.
