A new smartphone app will help tourists and residents to navigate Ajman's landmarks, reserve parking spaces and even tell municipality chiefs their thoughts on services.
The MPDA app from the Ajman Municipality planning department, available on the Apple iTunes and Google Play stores, allows customers to access a range of services from booking a visit from pest control to paying parking fines.
Yousuf Al Shaiba, IT director at the department, said the app allowed the municipality to engage with the public and helped to keep the emirate clean by responding to complaints about litter or uncollected rubbish.
