Kate Moss will cameo in The Boy in the Dress on the BBC.
The 40-year-old model will make an appearance in the David Walliams holiday special. Walliams originally released The Boy in the Dress as a children's book in 2008.
"We have put together a dream cast for this, the first of my children's books and for many still my best," Walliams said in a statement. "It is a funny and poignant story about what it is to be different. I hope it will make everyone who sees it, young and old, stop and think."
The Boy in the Dress centers on 12-year-old Dennis Sims. The character's mother left when he was young, and he starts cross dressing after remembering a yellow dress she used to wear. The special will premiere on Christmas, with Meera Syal, James Buckley and Jennifer Saunders as stars.
Moss has modeled for such brands as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Chanel. She recently celebrated the launch of the Dom Pérignon Kate Moss coupe, and was spotted with Cara Delevingne at London Fashion Week in September.
