Univision President Cesar Conde is leaving the Spanish-language media giant to oversee international expansion at NBCUniversal, NBC announced. The network named Conde, 39, NBCUniversal executive vice president in charge of international and business development, to oversee the NBC\'s growing interest in expansion in Latin America, the Los Angeles Times reported Saturday. Conde will report to NBCUniversal Chief Executive Steve Burke. In his new role, Conde will focus \"on business development, strategic priorities and special business projects across the NBCUniversal portfolio of assets,\" the company said. Conde worked for Univision for the last decade, including the past four years overseeing the network\'s expanding TV networks group, the Times reported. He was previously a White House fellow who served as an aid to Secretary of State Colin Powell. \"His experience leading multiple domestic and international businesses will be instrumental in maximizing all the opportunities to grow our portfolio,\" Burke said in a statement.
