Qatar Media Corporation will take part in the 9th Asia Media Summit (AMS), due to be held in Thailand\'s Capital, Bangkok, on May 29-30. Qatar Media Corporation will also participate in a number of seminars and workshops on the sidelines of the Summit along with nearly 700 specialists and participants from 55 countries. HE the Executive President of Qatar Media Corporation Mubarak bin Jaham al-Kuwari will head the Qatari delegation to the Summit and to the annual meeting of the media partnership committee among the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU), the Asian Broadcasting Union (ABU) and the Institute of Asia-Pacific Development Broadcasting (AIBD). The Asia Media Summit (AMS) provides a unique opportunity for broadcasters in the region to exchange and share their thoughts on broadcasting and Information. Decision makers, media professionals, scholars, and stakeholders from Asia, Pacific, Africa, Europe, Middle East and North America are attending this annual media gathering, which was initiated in 2004. The AMS is widely supported by regional and international broadcasting unions and associations.
