The National Family and Population Board (ONFP) is holding on November 21-26 a training session on AIDS and Human Rights. This training session, organised in collaboration with the Center for Journalists and Communicators Re-training (CAPJC), targets journalists from written, audio-visual and electronic press. The event, which coincides with the World AIDS Day, is part of the co-operation programme with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. It seeks to enhance media's participation in mobilisation to spread preventive behaviours of fight against sexually transmissive diseases and raise awareness of the importance of guidance of people infected with HIV-AIDS and the efficient fight against all forms of segregation and marginalisation.
