Media plays important role in military establishment

Ministry of Information's Assistant Undersecretary for Radio Affairs, Yousef Mustafa, asserted Sunday the importance of the role played by the media in supporting the military establishment and delivering its message to the community. Mustafa said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today that the media has become a positive factor in educating the community and plays a complementary role to the military with respect to awareness and education. He added that the field visit by a delegation from Mubarak Al-Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College to Radio Kuwait consisted of officers from the Ministries of Defense, Interior, National Guard officers, visitors from the GCC, Jordan, Sudan, Korea, United Kingdom and Canada representing military institutions and media.
