GCC foreign media officials concluded their 25th meeting today at the GCC General Secretariat Headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting came out with a number of recommendations that aim to support and enhance the joint media work especially in the field of foreign media including the selection of the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur as a venue to host events GCC Days during November 2012. The Swedish capital Stockholm will host the GCC Days events during the first half of the year next 2013. Participants discussed the perception of the State of Kuwait on GCC media meetings and member states relevant views and agreed to hold the first meeting in Kuwait. They also discussed arrangements and coordination for visits by students from European and American universities to GCC countries.
