The Egyptian Embassy here held intensive contacts with Italian and Vatican media outlets to expound the terror attacks that targeted Egyptian military units in North Sinai on Wednesday.
According to a statement, the embassy urged the international community to deal seriously with terrorism and take effective measures against it.
The recent terror attacks in Tunisia, Kuwait and France prove that all terrorist organizations adopt violence and extremism, the statement said.
The statement added that the Muslim Brotherhood group and its loyal groups had threatened to target judges and prosecution members after the court rulings issued against their members.
It recalled a terror attack that left three judges dead in North Sinai's Arish city in May after a court sentenced MB leaders to death over espionage and jailbreak charges.
