Old classic cars — some dating back to the 1920s — have wowed visitors to the Buraidah Spring Festival in Saudi Arabia.
An exhibition held as part of the festival comprised more than 70 cars, each of which reflects an older, more elegant tradition of motoring.
Abdullah Al-Salamah, the festival organizer’s head of classic cars, said that the old motors on display attracted a large turnout of visitors.
Participant Raked Al-Raked said that owning old cars is a hobby he enjoys — and that he also earns money from it.
“Such outstanding exhibits mimic the past and acquaint the (new) generations with the old beautiful time,” he said.
