The German tuning firm has revealed their latest tuning program, with the VW T5 being the beneficiary of some modest power and aerodynamic upgrades. The 2.0-liter TSI engine has been tuned to deliver 237hp and 295lb-ft of torque (up from 115hp and 125lb-ft) which means it can now sprint from 0-62mph in 9.4 seconds.Diesel engines have also been modified with the 83hp 2.0-liter TDI upgraded to produce 108hp.The 101hp version now develops 128hp, and the 138hp variant has been tweaked to produce 168hp and 295lb-ft of torque. To handle all the extra power, ABT has added 19-inch BR alloys and in-house suspension springs while the multi-purpose van gets a sporty facelift thanks to the aerodynamic package that includes a new front grille & spoiler, side skirts, rear skirt housing, a quad exhaust and a rear roof spoiler.
