If you have ever wanted to build a new 1967 Ford Mustang convertible, then you’re in luck.A new item has been made available for the Ford Restoration Parts catalog: a fully-licensed 1967 Ford Mustang convertible body shell. The shell is ready for painting fresh from the company, however it will require a bit of minor adjustments along the body panels. The body shell is manufactured by Dynacorn International from Camarillo, California. It is made out of virgin automotive-grade steel and is a bit thicker than the original. In order to qualify as a Ford-licensed restoration part, the shell had to \"meet or exceed the fit, finish and quality of the original.\" It\'s safe to say that Dynacorn have exceeded the quality of the original.Ford Restoration Parts licensing manager Dennis Mondrach said in a press release: \"These days, the chances are fairly slim of finding a restorable, rust-free \'67 Mustang that has never been wrecked. As the value of classic Mustangs has increased over the years, garages, barns and scrapyards have been picked clean.\"This is the fourth classic Mustang body to be offered by the American automaker.
