Networks seem to be expanding all over America lately, and with T-Mobile USA free from the looming acquisition by AT&T, the fourth place carrier is back in full swing with their own build-outs. This week, they announced that they will invest a whopping $4 billion over an undisclosed amount of time in order to modernize its network and launch LTE services in 2013. Starting this week, in fact, T-Mobile’s 4G network will be available in Abilene, Amarillo, Odessa, and Victoria, Tex; Bakersfield, CA; Eau Claire, Wis.; Joplin and St. Joseph, MO. Additionally, customers in Abilene, Amarillo, Bakersfield, Odessa, Port St. Lucie, and Victoria can experience the faster speeds offered by T-Mobile’s HSPA+ 42 network with devices such as the recently announced Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G and the HTC One S coming soon to T-Mobile. Beyond all the improved HSPA+ rollouts, there\'s LTE looming. The company will start rolling out LTE in 2013, and they plan to release \"LTE release 10 compatible equipment.\" A full list of questions surrounding the progress have been answered by Neville Ray, Chief Technology Officer of T-Mobile, down in the Via link.
