New reports suggest Apple has delayed the release of iOS 5.0.2 with the touted iPhone 4S battery drain fix reportedly still carrying bugs.The much maligned battery issues still plaguing the recently released Apple iPhone 4S look set to continue with new reports suggesting Apple\'s second update to its latest mobile operating system, iOS 5.0.2 has been delayed.Whilst Apple had failed to officially confirm it was to release the latest iOS 5 patch this week, it was widely expected the software fix would land in another attempt to quell the widely reported battery drain issues affecting the company\'s latest portable blower.With more testing reportedly required the expected iOS 5.0.2 release has been pushed back with the battery fixing software overhaul claimed to have been in line to also address issues with Documents in iCloud and a selection of other, lesser concerns.Pushed out earlier this month, Apple’s first attempt to rectify the damaging battery issues associated with its latest operating system and handsets failed to correctly identify the issue with rapid loss of battery continuing to affect many users.Have you been affected by the recent iPhone 4S battery drain saga, has it put you off splashing out on an Apple iDevice in the future?
