Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz on Thursday met with Gazprom\'s Management Committee Chairman Aleksey Miller in St. Petersburg. \"We have taken the opportunity to talk extensively to Gazprom, Rosneft and Rosatom about international projects in Turkey,\" Yildiz told reporters, adding, \"the meeting was really useful.\" Yildiz said the meeting discussed Turkey\'s increasing natural gas demand, gas storage systems, as well as natural gas plants. Also touching on Turkey\'s relations with Iraq in energy issues, Yildiz said Turkish companies, which operates in line with a special law in Iraq, had great number of projects to develop in country\'s north and south, adding, \"The oil and natural gas, which will flow over Turkey to Europe and to the world markets, is very important for Iraq.\"
