A workshop on the sustainable use of natural resources and funding energy projects concluded here on Sunday, organized by the Jordan Investors Association in cooperation with the Royal Scientific Society and an Italian company.
The Chairman of the Board of the Association, Naeem Al-Khatib, said in a statement that the workshop was held in response to the need of Jordanian industries to improve their environmental conditions, reduce energy consumption and ensure their sustainability.
He added that the workshop aimed at raising the awareness of industrial companies in energy projects and programs, identifying those projects and evaluating them technically, environmentally and financially, as well as sharing success stories of some environmental projects which are financially successful.
