Cyprus seeks to profit from Algeria’s experience in the field of energy, notably gas, said Thursday in Algiers Cypriot Foreign Ministry Ioannis Kasoulides.
During a meeting with Energy Minister, Youcef Yousfi, Kasoulides expressed his country’s wish to profit from the Algerian experience in the gas industry, the ministry said in a communiqué.
Indeed, Yousfi expressed Algeria readiness to consider the possibilities of cooperation and experience sharing with Cyprus in this field.
During this meeting, the two officials focused on the development of cooperation relations between the two countries in the field of hydrocarbons, the source said.
