According to the Minister of Planning and Public Investment, Julio de Vido, these expansions will bring new homes into the country's natural gas network and increase the number of users.
The energy projects to be finaced by the CAF loan were already included in the framework of the National Energy Plan 2014-2019, which is currently being implemented by the Argentinean government.
The loan was approved on Tuesday by CAF's board of directors in Bogota, Colombia.
