Egypt and Sudan signed on Saturday an agreement on cooperation in the technical field and development of water resources.
Minister of Water Resources Dr Hossam Mohammad Al-Moghazi signed the agreement for the Egyptian side, while South Sudan Minister of Electricity and Dams Jima Tono Komba signed for her country.
Komba is a member of the official delegation accompanying South Sudan Salva Kiir during his current visit to Egypt.
Moghazi held a series of meetings with South Sudan minister on means of bolstering cooperation between the two sides in the various development fields.
He voiced Egypt's readiness to meet all the development needs of South Sudan, especially in the field of training and building capabilities.
