Egypt's Environment Minister Khaled Fahmy will participate in the third non-official consultation meeting in the run-up to the 2015 Paris Climate Conference (COP21).
French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius will head the consultations to be held here on Sunday.
The conference is part of the preparations for the Climate Change Summit scheduled for November.
In statements on Friday, French Foreign Ministry Spokesman Roman Nadal said 60 delegations and 40 ministers are expected to take part in the two-day meetings to discuss the latest developments concerning the climate change negotiations.
