Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday are forecast to return to their annual average, bringing normal conditions across much pars of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
Daytime temperatures expected in Amman and the northern cities will reach 33 degrees Celsius, while in Aqaba they will hit 39 degrees, the JMD said.
Temperatures will cool down at night dropping down to 22 degrees in the capital and sliding to 29 degrees in Aqaba, with northwesterly light to moderate winds picking up at times.
On Sunday and Monday, temperatures will soar again becoming 5-6 degrees above seasonal average, bringing hot conditions across the Kingdom with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD noted.
