Extremely hot, humid day for UAE residents today
Morning in most parts of the UAE started on a foggy notes

Temperature could reach 49 degree Celsius on the highs during the day in UAE, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) in Abu Dhabi.
According to the weather department, the day will be hot to very hot in general and hazy at times.
The day started on a foggy note with fog patches over Abu Dhabi- Sweihan road, parts of Dubai and Sharjah. The NCMS had issued a warning of poor visibility of less than 1000 metres.
Some clouds could form over some eastern and the southern areas by afternoon may form convective cloud to east. Light to moderate winds is expected in general, freshening during the daytime causing blowing dust/sand, especially towards the north at times.
The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and tomorrow early morning over some coastal and internal areas, with a chance fog/mist formation.
