Egyptian actress Shereen Reda has said to Arabstoday in an exclusive interview that she decided have her small screen comeback in the television show “El Safaa” (The Slap), because the Israeli girl she plays in it fascinated her. The Egyptian star said: “When I read the first episodes of the series. I felt that it was written for me, so I decided to agree immediately.” She also expressed her delight for working with Egyptian star Sherif Mounir, saying "he is one on the best actors of his time on the personal level and artistic level”. And about whether she will work again soon or step out of the spotlight again, she said: “I am lazy by nature and love travelling so much, but if I found a role that inspires me to do I will do it, or I’ll stay away, because acting for me is a passion and not a source of earning."
