The raunchy bachelor-party comedy \"The Hangover Part II\" is the top-selling DVD in the United States, Rentrak reported Thursday. Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD sales chart for the week ending Dec. 25 is \"Rise of the Planet of the Apes,\" followed by \"Dolphin Tale\" at No. 3, \"The Help\" at No. 4 and \"The Smurfs\" at No. 5. Rounding out the top tier are \"Kung Fu Panda 2\" at No. 6, \"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II\" at No. 7, \"Cowboys & Aliens\" at No. 8, \"Mr. Popper\'s Penguins\" at No. 9 and \"Colombiana\" at No. 10.
