France to host climate pact summit on December 12

France will host an international summit on December 12 to review progress on the 2015 global climate accord, President Emmanuel Macron confirmed Tuesday.
He said the summit, which will be held two years to the day since the historic Paris pact was agreed, aims to mobilise funds for fighting climate change.
