Britain's economy grew by 0.4 percent between July and September, gathering pace fractionally compared with the second quarter of 2017, the Office for National Statistics said in a statement.
Gross domestic product had already expanded by 0.3 percent in the second quarter, and analysts had been pencilling in the same of growth for the third quarter.
