Bank of England policymakers have voted to keep its key interest rate at a record-low 0.25 percent, the BoE announced Thursday, despite surging inflation fuelled by a Brexit-hit weak pound.
At a regular meeting, policymakers voted 7-2 to hold rates and by a unanimous amount to leave unchanged the level of cash pumping around the UK economy to help boost growth, minutes showed
