EU President Donald Tusk warned Britain Friday to make "much more progress" on its Brexit bill and the Irish border by the beginning of next month to unlock the next phase of talks.
"In order to avoid any ambiguities about our calendar, I made it very clear to Prime Minister (Theresa) May that this progress needs to happen at the beginning of December at the latest" in order for leaders to approve the opening of trade talks at a summit on December 14, Tusk said.
