South Korean President Moon Jae-in told the United Nations on Thursday that his government is not seeking the collapse of North Korea and is ready to help if Pyongyang changes course and ends its military provocations.
"We do not desire the collapse of North Korea. We will not seek reunification by absorption or artificial means," Moon told the UN General Assembly.
