The EU fired off a fresh rebuke to US President Donald's Trump's threats to ditch the Iran nuclear deal Monday, warning such actions made it harder to begin dialogue with Pyongyang over its weapons programme.
Diplomatic chief Federica Mogherini said EU ministers meeting in Luxembourg feared that messages on the Iran deal "might affect negatively the possibility of opening negotiations or opening even the space for negotiations" with North Korea.
