Lebanese singer Walid Tawfik travelled to Saudi Arabia on Tuesday in order to perform the Umrah pilgrimage for the soul of his mother who passed away nearly two weeks ago. After his pilgrimage, he will return to Lebanon to continue work on his new song and video, being produced by the leading Lifestyle company. Tawfik expressed to Arabstoday his huge sorrow for the loss of his mother: "My pain is deep, but not unanswerable to God's judgment. My mother taught me that death is inevitable. May Allah have mercy on her soul and may she rest in peace".
