Syrian actress Suzan Najm al Deen fiercely slammed Arabic Media over its role to escalate the Syrian crisis through “fabricated news” and other “immoral” practices.
The Arabic media played a major role in igniting the Syrian crisis through baseless news that do not belong to reality, Najm al Deen told Arab Today stressing at the same time on the significant role of transparent media and journalism.
“Unlike those who do not live in Syria, the Syrian people know well the dimensions of the Syrian crisis and are aware of what is happening in Syria,” she said, adding the is looking forward to a peaceful solution to the Syrian crisis and dreaming of the day the displaced Syrian families get back to their homeland.
Najm al Deen is a Syrian actress, whose memorable roles have earned her wide acclaim throughout the Arab world. After enrolling in the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture Department in Damascus, she was offered the opportunity to become an actress. This, however, did not stop her from pursuing her studies and graduating as an architect. Starting out in 90s Syrian dramas, Najm Aldeen went on to star in several renowned Arab series and movies.
In the 90s, Suzan became to play roles in the Syrian drama, first secondary, and then as a protagonist in lots of series. Her first interpretation was “Aldakhliah”, with the important Syrian actor Jihad Saad.
