Lebanese singer Moeen Sherif has told Arabstoday that he has put Syrian singer Ali al-Deek "where he belongs" following a duet they recorded together recently. “Al-Deek doesn’t really belong with female singers whose voices aren’t strong,” Sherif said, adding that the new tune -- I Trusted You -- was “very appropriate and unusual.” “It involved a lot of artistic effort,” he added. The Lebanese singer meanwhile denied rumours he had reopened negotiations with the Rotana record label, after they allegedly broke the terms of his contract.
