It's been more almost three years since Miranda Lambert released her last solo effort, Four the Record. That album went platinum, which just happens to be the name of the country singer's next project. Lambert made the announcement on Good Morning America Monday. Platinum, her fifth studio album, will drop June 3. "Platinum is my hair color, and my wedding ring, and the color of my Airstream and the name of one of my favorite beers," the 30-year-old singer said in a statement. "It's about a lifestyle." The 16-track album will feature Lambert's hit single, "Ambition," currently sitting in the No. 22 slot on Billboard's Country chart. Carrie Underwood also sings on the album in the duet, "Something Bad." Lambert will celebrate the release with a June 3 performance on GMA.
