The Lebanese producer, Adel Maatouk, is astonished following news about an Arab artist’s involvement in the death of his wife, Lebanese artist Susan Tamim. He said that the investigations carried out between Egypt, Dubai and Lebanon did not mention any involvement of any artist in the case. He added that the murderer who had confessed to the killing, Mohsen Sokkary, had not included any official statement in regards to this either and insisted that these were only rumours seeking the spotlight. Maatouk has also denied approving any production of a TV series about his late wife’s life. He added that whatever institution tries to produce such work will be legally questioned.
