An Indian singer will be in town on Thursday to launch his dream project. For a change it\'s not a music album. Instead, Lucky Ali of O Sanam fame will unveil Holistic Republic - an idyllic retreat spread over five acres of land in 36 Indian cities with 100 units per location. A venture of Ali\'s Surplus Group, Holistic Republic will be launched at the Indian Property Show which starts at the Airport Expo Dubai from December 15.\"We are pitching it as a second home. Holistic Republic, as the name suggests, will offer a sanctuary of serenity where you can unwind and detoxify away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There will be a slew of amenities. We\'ll have organic farms, clubhouses, health zones — everything patrons would need to de-stress themselves. They just need to come with their suitcase,\" said Ali. \"A Rs5 million (around Dh342,589) membership will enable patrons to reside in any location for 10 days round the year,\" he said, adding that the project will be ready by 2013. Around 70 property developers are participating in the Indian Property Show, now in its fifth year. Some top exhibitors include Unitech Ltd, Vatika Group, Nirmal Lifestyle, Hiranandani, Ansal Housing, India Bulls, Ireo, Investors Clinic-India\'s leading real estate consultancy, and Citibank UAE, among others. Organisers Sumasna Exhibitions said they expect over 15,000 visitors during the three-day event.
