HM King praises Bahraini-Malaysian relations

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa highlighted the strength of Bahraini-Malaysian relations and military and defence cooperation.
HM the King today received Malaysia’s Defence Minister Hishammuddin Hussein, who conveyed greetings of HM Sultan Mohammad V and Prime Minister Mohammad Abdul Razak to HM the King and to the people of Bahrain wishes of further progress and prosperity.
HM the King extended regards to Malaysian monarch and Premier and to the Malaysian people wishes of more advancement and well-being.
HM the King welcomed the outcomes of the talks he held with the Malaysian leadership during his recent visit, which have contributed to boosting bilateral relations and cooperation in various areas.
He praised Malaysia’s role in maintaining regional and international security and stability and its role within the Islamic coalition in countering terrorism and extremism.
The Malaysian Defence Minister lauded the royal efforts to promote the Bahraini-Malaysian relations, stressing his country’s keenness to expand cooperation at military and defence level.
